My Story
As a beginner, I found losing weight to be an incredibly challenging journey. My problem has alwasy been lacking daily exercises. Especially as an student, I have to dedicate a lot of my time to school, so I struggle to find the time and motivation to exercise. Yet, when I actually put in the effort to to look for those free time, I soon realized that not having the time to exercise is just an lazy excuse. I could repurpose the time I spent on my phone into time for exercising. If I was already taking breaks to scroll through social media, why not use that time more productively and invest in my health and well-being instead? By making this simple adjustment, I could create a positive change in my life without compromising my academic responsibilities.
This year, I set a goal to lose 20 pounds. I’ve been exercising for at least an hour a day and going for long runs. As a result, I’ve not only slimmed down but also improved my mental health and daily mood. Overall, I feel healthier and more confident.
However, when I first embarked on my weight loss journey, things didn't go as I had hoped. I was diligently following various YouTube videos, but I wasn't seeing any weight loss. Most of the videos I found were either too difficult or too boring. The lack of visible progress left me feeling discouraged and I was devastated.
